This time I came to Laizhou to catch a sunrise by the seaside and check in at a local ancient village. I settled on New Century Hotel Laizhou and after staying for two nights, my biggest feeling was that choosing the right hotel was like directly carrying Laizhou's transportation network and local food maps into my pocket. Whether it's going to watch the sunrise at sea or visiting old shops in the city, I don't have to waste half of my precious travel time on commuting.
The transportation configuration of the hotel directly hits the pain point of traveling to Laizhou: from the Laizhou long-distance bus station, it takes only 5 minutes to walk directly to the hotel entrance, so you don't have to take a half minute detour with your luggage. This time I came to Laizhou, Yantai to watch the sunrise by the sea and also to visit the local ancient villages. I decided to stay at New Century Hotel Laizhou for two nights, and only after staying did I realize that this four-star hotel located in the core urban area of Laizhou has perfectly grasped the convenience and sense of security of local travel.
The hotel is located at 478 Wenhua West Road, Laizhou City. What surprised me the most is its transportation location: it is only 0.18 kilometers away from Laizhou Long distance Bus Station. After getting off the long-distance bus and dragging your luggage, you can walk directly to the hotel entrance in 5 minutes, without having to take detours in unfamiliar streets and alleys. They even pointed out which Laizhou swimming crab was the most authentic. Open the door, the whole room is a simple and atmospheric four-star standard configuration. The decoration and maintenance completed in 2016 are particularly new, and there is no sense of tedium in old hotels. The wide french window can see the city's contiguous street scene. The sun comes in through the windows, and the whole room is warm and harmonious.
The facilities in the room are particularly suitable for travel needs, with a separate bathtub placed by the window in the bathroom area.
